We are pleased to announce the completion of Westbund B124, our adaptive reuse project along Shanghai's Westbund waterfront.

The former industrial warehouse has been transformed into a mixed-use creative hub, preserving the raw character of the existing structure while introducing contemporary interventions.

The building is now open to the public, with retail and gallery spaces on the ground floor and creative studios occupying the upper levels.

Photography by Zhang Wei will be featured in the forthcoming monograph on the project.
