Xing Fu Li is a community center serving a newly developed residential neighborhood in eastern Shanghai. The building provides gathering spaces, a library, fitness facilities, and a rooftop garden accessible to all residents.

The design emphasizes visual transparency and physical accessibility, with a continuous ramp connecting all levels and full-height glazing offering views into activity spaces.

Sustainable features include rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and natural ventilation strategies that reduce energy consumption.
